Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Building 60C Wall Repair

This project consists of environmentally friendly chemicals and high-pressure water, to pressure wash the entire wall/window area and all other items mounted to the wall above the 60C bump out to remove all growth, loose caulk/mortar/paint etc. Caulking of all expansion joints, windows, vents, appurtenances, and all other areas using a premiere exterior silicone caulk. Seal/cover/fill any other holes in the block.

Removal of any loose mortar from any area. Point up using the same color and type of mortar. Just past the South expansion joint there is one loose half black where the angle for the canopy is located. Reset this block and fill the hole around the angle with mortar. Tool all joints. Paint the exterior wall and all other items mounted to the wall using premium exterior acrylic paint the same color as existing. A known complying product is Sherman-Williams Duration Acrylic Latex. Paint the exterior wall with two coats. Once the first coat is completed an inspection is required to confirm acceptability prior to the 2nd coat. Provide two business days’ notice for this inspection.
